Description

INTERMEDIATE METALS CASTING
Make a ring, pendant, or jewelry components using the ancient process of lost wax casting. Students will be introduced to begin steps by carving wax and investing it in mold materials (investment). Burn it out and replace it with molten silver by means of centrifugal casting. An exact replica of the wax is created and then finished. Gemstones may be added.

Tuition includes access to open studios. Scholarships for class and materials are available.
