CHARACTER CREATIONS
Dream big and turn your character ideas into larger-than-life creations. Campers will try a variety of artistic techniques to depict their characters and create dynamic backgrounds for them. Scholarships for classes and materials are available on our website.
Campers now receive a Des Moines Art Center summer camp t-shirt as part of their tuition.

Free guided museum tour for parents/caregivers
Wednesdays: 11:00 am – 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm

Waitlist: If Regular Admission for this class is sold out, you may join the waitlist below. We will charge a $1.00 holding fee so that if a spot becomes available, we can quickly fulfill your registration request. If we're not able to seat you in this class or you cancel your waitlist request, the $1.00 holding fee will be refunded back to your card.
